on the
last saturday before 2013 the sun was shining in
Helsinki for the first time in more than one month: since we knew it wouldn't last for long we decided to go to
Suomenlinna and it was truly worth it - despite the fact it was
-8°C.

unfortunately we missed the first ferry and once we reached the island with the next one the sun was almost set already - thankfully I still managed to take some photographs before
a thick layer of fog came and covered up everything around us. the day after we met
a numerous group of ducks on the shores of
Tokoinranta: they didn't seem to be scared of us at all.
