Kaunissaari is not a big island but it took us a long time to circle around it: in truth we stopped every few steps to take photographs. I was really fascinated by the greens and blues of the landscape - between the forest and the sea - and
the rapid weather change made it look even more scenic.

on one side of the island that was protected by the wind we ended up in a small bay where the water was
mirror-like: it looked like a magnificent sea of clouds. that was when I took
the first and the second photograph of this post: the one with
Jacopo is my favourite.
