six portraits of myself.

here is a selection of my favourite portraits that Jacopo has taken of me since he moved to Helsinki in february 2011. I usually do not like photographs of myself - yet Jacopo is able to take some I appreciate from time to time.
six portraits of myself I like:
✻ from the newest to the oldest.
what I like the most about these images is that they were taken with different types of films and some of my favourite cameras: ilford delta 400, PX 680 cool, PX 680, Fuji FP-100c and Polaroid Sepia - Mamiya RB67 and Polaroid P600 cameras.
dates on which the photographs were taken approximately: september 2012, july 2012, october 2011, july 2011, april 2011, february 2011.
P.S. remember to visit Jacopo's flickr!

  9. Such beautiful photos, you are simply gorgeous! I think it's sweet that your boyfriend likes to take photos of you in such serene settings. The polaroids are so lovely, it makes me miss my polaroid camera which is now useless (they don't sell film for it). I love all of your photos - they seem so timeless x

  11. oh, thank you for having such a beautiful blog! i've started reading your blog a few days ago, but i'm hooked on it. and it's a good way to read more in english. i'm portuguese, but i've english cousins (i don't speak that much with them, thought) and i've english in school since childhood, but now i'm in the last year of high school and i don't have english this year, because i choose psichology. so i need to practice my english, especially because i want to be a journalist :) so, anyway, i love your answer. i think i can kinda be like you, having 5 and 65 years at same time xD
